Into my Journal Page

Lately, I’ve been creating something that feels really close to my heart, a journal designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back to yourself one breath at a time.

Not something complicated. Not something overwhelming. Just simple, intentional moments that support your nervous system, your body, and your inner guidance.

Because the truth is, most of us aren’t disconnected because we’re doing something wrong. We’re disconnected because we’ve been moving too fast for too long.

This Page Is an Invitation

The page I’m sharing with you today is one of those moments.

A pause.

A reset.

A way to come back into your body and out of the noise.

It brings together a few things I come back to again and again in my own practice and in my work with others:

  • Breath

  • Awareness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • And learning how to actually listen to yourself

Not from urgency…

but from a place of safety.

Why This Matters

Your breath is directly connected to your nervous system.

When your breath is shallow or rushed, your body reads that as stress.

When your breath slows down, especially your exhale, your body begins to shift.

Heart rate slows.

Muscles soften.

Your mind becomes clearer.

And from that place…

it’s easier to hear your intuition.

It’s easier to respond instead of react.

It’s easier to feel like yourself again.

How to Use This Page

You don’t need a perfect environment.

You don’t need a full hour. Just a few minutes.

Read the mantra slowly.

Let your breath follow the rhythm.

Answer what feels right, there’s no pressure to fill in every line. This isn’t about doing it “right.”

It’s about creating space.

A Gentle Reminder

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need to force clarity.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do, is pause, breathe, and come back into connection with yourself. That’s where your guidance is.

That’s where your steadiness is. That’s where you begin again.

Journal Page

(Read slowly. Breathe between each line.)

I return to my breath…

slow, steady, intentional.

With every exhale,

I release tension my body no longer needs to carry.

I create space in my mind, allowing my nervous system to soften and settle.

From this place, I reconnect to the wisdom of my heart.

I trust what I feel. I listen without rushing.

My intuition speaks clearly when I give myself the space to hear it.

I am supported. I am guided. I am connected and it lives within me.

🌬 Breath Practice (2–5 minutes)

(Keep it simple and regulating)

Inhale (nose) — 4

Exhale (mouth or nose) — 6

→ Continue for a few rounds

→ Let the exhale be your anchor

→ No force, just rhythm

Cue: “Let the breath bring you back, not push you forward.”

Nervous System Check-In

Right now, my body feels:

My breath feels:

One area I notice holding tension:

Heart Connection

What is my heart asking for today?

What would support me most right now?

Intuitive Reflection

What am I being guided toward today?

What can I release or let go of?

Gentle Integration

One small action I will take today to support myself:

One way I will return to my breath today:

Closing Anchor

I don’t need to have it all figured out.

I just need to stay connected… one breath at a time.

If this page resonates with you, I’d love for you to try it today.

And if you di, take a moment to notice how you feel after. Because even the smallest shift in your breath

can create a powerful shift in your body.

Thank you

Nicole
