Nicole’s Story
My journey into breathwork wasn’t born from a textbook it was born from a deep, personal need to find my way back home to my own body.
Before I ever guided anyone else, I was learning how to come back home to myself. I was moving through my own layers of stress, emotional pain, health challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. I knew I needed something deeper than simply “pushing through.” I needed something that helped me feel safe in my own body again. That is when Breathwork found me.
What started as part of my personal healing journey became one of the most powerful tools of transformation in my life. Through intentional breathing, I began to release what my body had been holding onto for years. My nervous system softened. My body began to feel more balanced. My mind became clearer. My heart opened in ways I did not even know I needed.
The Turning Point
The moment I discovered breathwork, I realized healing wasn't about fixing myself it was about creating safety to finally feel. This practice became my bridge from surviving to truly living, grounding me in a body I had long forgotten how to inhabit.
Discovery
The moment I realized breath could be more than survival. I began to notice how slowing down my breath softened my body and gave my mind a little more space to rest.
Dedication
I committed to learning this work in a trauma-informed way studying the nervous system, somatic practices, and energy healing so I could hold safe, grounded space for others.
Activation
As my own healing deepened, I felt called to share this practice. Feel The Heal 77 was born from a desire to help others feel safe, seen, and at home in their bodies.
