The Healing Power of Breath

Breathwork has made a life-changing impact on my mind, body, and spirit. What began as a personal practice quickly became something much deeper, a path of healing, remembrance, and transformation.

I became deeply curious about how something as simple and natural as the breath could shift the way a person feels, thinks, responds, and lives. That curiosity led me into studying the science, the nervous system, the body, and the deeper emotional and energetic layers of breathwork.

Over time, I have trained through multiple courses, certifications, curriculums, mentorships, and teachings, learning from well-known breathwork leaders, lifelong practitioners, and educators from different backgrounds. Each experience has helped me understand breathwork from a wider perspective: the science, the body, the mind, the emotions, and the spirit.

My passion is learning how this process works so you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Through Feel the Heal 77, I guide individuals and groups through intentional breathwork practices designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, self-awareness, and deeper connection to the body.

My approach is grounded, intuitive, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing does not always have to be complicated. Sometimes, it begins with one breath. And that one breath brings you back home to yourself.
