I’ll be guiding you through a powerful breathwork journey designed to help you get out of your head, reconnect with your body, release some of what you’ve been carrying, and come back to yourself. Along the way, I’ll weave in meditation, nervous system awareness, music, and deep intentional breathing to create an experience that meets you exactly where you are.

And the best part? You don’t have to have any breathwork experience. You don’t even have to participate in every breathing technique. You’re welcome to simply come, lie down, receive the meditation, soak in the energy, and be surrounded by good people and good vibes.

Before or after the session, you can also experience Zen Social Club’s sauna and cold plunge for an added mind-body wellness experience.
